Internship
After completing my internship in 2015, I was assigned project management and consulting tasks for an organization working on productivity tools.
Apart from working on solutions that help companies streamline their processes and make the most of their resources, I have also had the opportunity to apply the same solutions and strategies to the organization I have worked for.
Keeping all employees happy is no easy task, but it’s much easier with the right tools.
I was responsible for keeping smiles on the faces of our employees and keeping clients and shareholders informed about the status of ongoing projects.
I believe that all productive companies have at least two things in common: Employees feel their voices are heard, and they have access to meaningful learning opportunities.
If your employees are more engaged
than your competitors’ employees, you win.
And that’s what I specialize in writing about.
Last year, I started writing online content on the side, sharing my best tips and tricks for employee productivity and streamlining company-wide projects, all based on my 7+ years of experience.
I share valuable insights on simplifying mundane HR tasks, working on team culture, and fighting the new obstacles created by remote work.
